1.1 Acknowledgement of Agreement

By using the jita baji website (https://jitabaji.cam) and its related services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms form a legal agreement between you and the entity operating jita baji. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using this platform.

1.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use any service on jita baji — including casino games, sports betting, live casino, or any other section. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We reserve the right to verify age during the registration process, and if it is found that a user is under 21, that account will be suspended immediately.

1.3 Right to Amend Terms

jita baji reserves the right to revise, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will try to notify users of significant changes, but continuing to use the platform after any change means you accept the revised terms. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on jita baji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your name, mobile number, and other identifying details must be truthful. Registering with false information will result in the account being cancelled, and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

• Each person may open only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be verified via OTP.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jita baji reserves the right to verify a user's identity to ensure safe transactions. Before processing a withdrawal request, or for transactions above a certain amount, you may be asked to submit your national ID card or other government-issued identification. Certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. jita baji will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jita baji currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the mobile banking methods listed below. All transactions must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is pending or if there are active bonus wagering requirements on the account. The mobile number used for withdrawal must be registered in your account name.

• If you need to cancel a withdrawal request after submission, notify the support team immediately.
• Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method.
• jita baji reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in the case of suspicious transactions.

3.3 Deposit Terms

An account can be activated with a minimum deposit of ৳300. Deposited amounts should appear in the account immediately. If a deposit does not reflect for any reason, contact the support team with proof of the transaction. Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; to make this bonus withdrawable, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

• The welcome bonus is given only once per account.
• The terms in effect at the time of claiming the bonus will apply.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.2 Weekly and Other Offers

jita baji runs various promotional offers for regular users. The weekly jita baji Festival offer gives a 50% bonus once per week, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with a wagering requirement of 15 times. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, providing false information, or placing coordinated bets in order to exploit bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the accounts involved will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

5.1 General Betting Conditions

To place bets in either the sports betting or casino games section on jita baji, your account must have sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the platform's specific cash-out feature is available. jita baji reserves the right to review bets that were settled incorrectly due to a system error.

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting may change at any time. The odds shown at the time a bet is placed are considered final — any subsequent odds change will not apply to that bet. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In certain circumstances, the outcome of an event will be determined based on official statistics from a third party.

• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after a match has started.
• If the connection is lost during live betting, existing bets remain valid.
• Betting on opposite outcomes of the same match will be treated as switch betting.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

jita baji's casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) from recognised software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others). Game results are entirely random, and previous results do not influence future results. The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is set by the respective provider.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the jita baji platform:

• Any attempt to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or illegal means.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Match fixing or illegal collusion with other players.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

7.1 VIP Levels and Benefits

jita baji's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level has a different weekly cashback rate. The criteria for determining VIP levels are set at jita baji's discretion.

7.2 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback applies to the total net loss for the week (total amount lost minus total amount won). For example: if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week — ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback will be credited. Cashback is added to the account every Monday. Specific conditions apply to withdrawing cashback.

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

Users can set deposit limits, betting limits, or temporary suspensions on their accounts if they wish. Once a self-exclusion request is accepted, it cannot be changed before the set period ends. Contact the support team to use these services.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• There is an option to limit continuous activity.
• If long-term self-exclusion is chosen, the account will remain closed for the specified period.

11.1 Service Interruptions

jita baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. jita baji will not be liable for any loss caused by service interruptions; however, efforts will be made to settle existing bets properly.

11.2 Mobile App Usage

11.3 Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the place where the entity operating jita baji is registered. Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through discussion.

11.4 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full force. Failure to enforce any provision of these terms on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.
